• No children are allowed in the spa.

• Appointments canceled 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of service total.

​

• All No-Show appointments will be subject to a 100% charge of service total.

​

• If you are more than 15 minutes late I will be unable to take your appointment and you'll be asked to reschedule and considered a No-Show.

• If you do have to cancel the day of or are running later than 15 minutes please contact me and let me know. I understand that life happens, but I still need you to communicate with me so we can work things out.
